“Compared to what you typically find in the smaller cities in the Philippines, it's quite excellent, but the surrounding area is somewhat impoverished, and unless you're coming here for business or to visit family, I wouldn't recommend coming to this city at all. There's no taxis, it's dangerous, it's like a food desert, and it's a bloody horrible place.”

“We are happy with our room at 231 for family room. Since everyone is happy and the view is amazing we extend our stay. But the receptionist mentioned that 231 was no longer available so they the 208 from the old building with the sane price. Bit disappointed because room smaller then 231 and not upgraded or as beautiful like 231 with same price.
Other than that all is perfect. Staff, views and food was perfect.”

“Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. A variety of foods.
We were on C side. With pool view and it was lovely. Hotel seems to be doing some well needed upgrades. But delta clean and safe. And beach front. Similar vibes to Mexico. As a Canadian. ”

“Good resort to stay swimming pool with two combine pool for kids and adult it has sort of infinity effect but never trun on for most of our stay walking distance to the beach staff was friendly and helpful but terrible road going there, as in cracks narrow road with steep climb it is not accomodating if you have a sedan or smaller vehicle, if they can fix the road leading to the resort this will be a great place to go to.”

“You can't do much on the hotel premises; it feels restraining, but the aesthetic and beachfront are amazing. Honestly speaking, the food is less appetizing (ordinary) and expensive, with not many choices on the menu. Flies are all over the dining area. Kudos to the staff for doing their best to solve the problem. I think it will be a great place if given attention to guest intertqinment and more wiggle room with choices.”

“Our stay was not bad overall. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient. However, I think the staff could be friendlier and more welcoming to the guests. With better customer service; the experience much better more enjoyable.”
