"Very nice and brand new hotel. Excellent italian restaurant and excellent service at the restaurant. The lady who manages the restaurant is master of italian food and knows how to make customers feeling special. Room ok. Excellent location close to the historical city centre (2 min walking). Pity that first night heating in my room was not working and it was terrible! Fixed the day after but too kate.. i got a cold because of that"

"Inaccettabile che alle 17 non ci sia nessunp nella reception e dopo un lungo viaggio debba aspettare 20minuti per fare il check in. Tutto il rearo passa in secondo piano"

"Ottimo l’unica piccola pecca è che la reception ha chiesto se avevo preso qualcosa dal minibar e appena le ho detto cosa avevo preso, subito ha chiamato il servizio pulizia per verificare se avevo detto la verità … l’ho trovato offensivo … 300 hotel all’anno … direi che sono affidabile … "
