“E' stato il mio primo viaggio da sola con mia figlia di cinque anni e ho scelto questo hotel sperando di non sentirmi troppo a disagio sola. Non potevo fare scelta migliore, mi sono sentita a casa, senza alcun rimpianto per i resort 5 stelle lusso a cui sono/siamo abituati. Il personale è sempre gentile e sorridente. “The property was wonderfull and despite a couple of electrical issues, when Valerie was made aware, she responded immediately and rectified the situation so all in all a Wonderfull vacation. Can't say the same for VRBO. Valerie graciously offered and refunded a portion of our fees for the minor inconvenience and VRBO apparently took her money but never gave it to us and that is on VRBO, not Valerie. Great property, great owner and would stay there again.”
