“Well designed, spacious resort, set in lovely gardens. Spotlessly clean. Small private beaches. Lovely pool area, but often noisy with children. Shortage of sun loungers, and often a long wait for pool towels. Quite a good choice on the menu: food ok”

“Staff were helpful when we checked in - said we could have a late check out - staff the next morning was rude and said we ddint have a late check out - tried to charge us - hung up on me, rude. Got woken up by the restaurant staff demanding us to sign for a bill at 11:30 that wasnt for us. Best buffet breakfast out of all of the 5 resorts we stayed at - best beach to relax out of all resorts we stayed at - but i rank it a 4 due to the feeling of being in a city not and paying over $1000nzd for...

“Non si può considerare un 5 stelle secondo gli standard europei , ma sicuramente presenta un ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Camere ampie,bellissima vista sul mare,letto molto comodo, biancheria da letto e bagno in ottime condizioni,personale gentile, ristorante discreto.”

“the only good thing about the place is that it was on the beach , the breakfast was okay only. the rest of the place was the pits , run down , dirty, inadequate, not maintained. if i had seen the place before i paid the high price for it, i would not have booked in or stayed their. EXPEDIA have got a lot to answer for.”

“Shared bathroom facilities and cold showers only with no hook or shelf to hang anything. Great access to beach but limited options to do when weather is poor. Some games would be great. Lovely staff. Breakfast and dinner is included and changed up daily. Really enjoyed the food. Room basic but adequate. Main deck area dated and needs a clean.”

“No hot water is not ok. The room you book make sure is as pictured when your booking. The restaurant was nice though & the staff in the restaurant work really hard.”
