“We spent 3 nights at Sa’Moana and had a fantastic time. The staff were wonderful - attentive but not overbearing, and a pleasure to chat to and get to know. The setting by the beach is beautiful, and the rooms are well spaced out along the coast, interspersed with palm trees which gives them a very private feel. “The hotel is located on a beautiful blue lagoon that faces the sunrise..this was the only positive aspect of our stay plus the fast check-in But for the rest very disappointed The staff seemed annoyed by any request and rude. They played loud music early in the morning and throughout the day. Plus watched movie on the public screen while guests were having dinner.
