“I booked this hotel for my father’s birthday getaway. The hotel staff did a great job with making my father’s stay a great one. They worked well with setting up the room with refreshments before my dad arrived. Will book again, great for kids.”

“The service was excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day by very attentive staff. Ask for anything - you get it within 5 mins. The Operations Manager Sunil is very pleasant and responds quickly. I would give Sunil and the staff an A . The variety of food at the restaurant was ok. One area for improvement is the gardens around the chalets. At the time we went they were a little unkempt. I think we went in the slow season. This however did not take away from our fun.”
