“Todo fue increíble”

“First room was on the ground floor with direct access to the beach. Sliding door was inoperable, and mosquitoes in the room. For $440 night I expected much better. We tried to checkout early, manager refused to refund the night, did offer another room. Changed rooms, shower took forever to get warm, and power went out twice (not the hotel fault). My daughter got stuck in the bathroom because the handle was broken, the entire stay was almost laughable. On a positive note, the pool was well...

“Rooms with air conditioning and a view! The staff are so friendly, bar overlooks the ocean, and great food!”

“location”

“Super clean room, love the balcony, sadly no refrigerator nor ice. Pillows super comfy and restroom is nice.”

“Todo good”

“El staff excellent La coladera del shower tapado varias veces se bloqueo la tarjeta de entrada y tuvimos que ir a recepción La cortina del cuarto era más pequeña que la ventana y se veía hacia el interior”

“Very good stay. Fresh towels for the pool and the room was very good size. TV okay and I got a good view just the windows may need to get cleaned more often. Parking plenty but very sunny it will be nice to have some sort of shaded. The pool was great and the service the people how works there were the best very polite and helpful very nice. The best lemonade in town from the bar, I couldn't drink alcohol at the time but if that was the lemonade I am coming back for a cocktail. Btw kids friendly...

“I stay in rocky point all the time. I really enjoyed the location. It was clean and everything was wonderful.”

“Muy mal servicio, no hubo luz toda la noche, no hubo agua”

“Todo Super bien solo no tuvimos la oportunidad acceso fácil a la playa si van es importante contemplar que si o si necesitan carro para moverse fácilmente todo muy bien en las suite”
