“Questo resort e' considerato il migliore della zona. E' un 5 stelle, ma non ai livelli europei. Le camere necessiterebbero di essere ristrutturate. Resta comunque una bella struttura in una bella posizione. Una considerazione a parte e' per il personale, che merita un dieci e lode. Personale sorridente, cortese. Bravi bravi bravi”

“Unfortunately, our stay at Elevate Ella was disappointing. The service was well below expectations. We stayed for three nights, and our room was never cleaned. Wet towels were never replaced and there was no where to hang them to dry. We only received water on arrival. The porters were incredible though, bringing our suitcases too and from the room. Non e' un 5 stelle secondo gli standard cui sono abituati gli europei. “Struttura nuova (aperta da aprile 2023) molto carina e ben arredata. Immediatamente sopra il centro di Ella (appena 5 minuti di tuk tuk). Camere belle, grandi e con una bellissima vista sulla vallata. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Insomma tutto benissimo ma un ringraziamento speciale va al personale. Sono tanti ragazzi e tutti gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Struttura super consigliata!”

“This property just made me feel like I wasted all my money.I didn’t get what I paid for.Few things just made me annoyed: 1) The entire room was nasty and not cleaned properly. 2) It was smelling so bad from bathroom drainage. 3) The bathroom drainage was so bad and the entire shower area got flooded. 4) No towel was there and finally I had to call them to provide towels. 5) We found lots of insects which was unexpected.
