“Brenda the mngr gave me a rm that was out of order. It smelt so bad I’d get ill/headache. When I asked for a new rm, there was none & they didn’t care. The maintenance man said the rm was out of order because of a flood they had in the bathroom & wasn’t supposed to be given out & he said Brenda knew that.
