“The room was not clean when we arrived, although it had been released for us to occupy. The carpeted floor had not been vacuumed. There were peanuts on the floor and lint, etc. that had not been vacuumed. The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was a dried up contact on the tile floor. The breakfast was bordering on terrible. “Found this place on our way back home. It was an amazing find! The room was spacious and beautiful. Our 13yo and my husband had a blast in the water park. The hotel was nice and quiet, even with lots of kids there. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Also, the lobby had a water dispenser full of lemon ice water, which was very appreciated from someone who is picky about city water. We would 100% stay here again!”

“This was a wonderful stay! I highly recommend. They are dog friendly (for a fee) and it was the best property we've ever stayed at with pets. For those who travel with pets, you know what I mean! It felt luxurious, very comfortable bed. We loved that the dog friendly rooms have the exterior access door too, that was a big help. “Old room with old furniture falling to pieces, fitted carpet smells like a cigar, 2 crashed cars parked outside, scam breakfast (just coffe, PBJ, and out-of-date bagel). Such a shame, because the hall was nice and the cleaning very good. You can find better place nearby. Not recommended.”

“I was there for my husband of 52 years funeral.We had 5 rooms and checked in only to find bed bugs.!!!! My daughter in law was bitten we took big to front desk and checked out.I was so embarrassed to tell family why we had left .Plus your ad said a restaurant and bar and guess what NOT there!!!!”

“I had reserved a King bedroom, but was given a 2 Queen bedroom because of over booking. When I got into the room, there was another persons name on the information channel on the TV. One of the beds had a dip in it, so I kept rolling into it. Also, the vent in the bathroom was constantly running, no on or off switch. Usually Marriott hotels are very nice, and this was one of the more expensive rooms in Rapid City, so I was surprised that I had issues. Would I stay there again? Maybe, but I will...
