“Staff were friendly and helped when I needed assistance with options of what the area offered and with the computer. The evening dinners on Monday and Tuesday were amazing. Loved the options provided and the kitchen staff did a wonderful job always checking to see if any of the food options needed to be refilled. Love Staybridges hotels and have been to many throughout the USA.”

“I was disappointed with our stay. We were assigned a handicap-accessible room, and the shower was designed in a way that allowed water to flood the entire bathroom floor every time it was used. The room also had a strong musty odor. The shower itself was cracked, and the bathtub was dirty, which made the room feel poorly maintained. Parking was another major issue. The lot was filled with trucks, campers, and trailers that took up approximately 20 parking spaces. There were no available spots...

“Clean, smelled nice, nice pool, ac in our room wasnt working properly, staff was able to get it working. Breakfast was good too. Comfy bed, no complaints.”

“My mom, brother, and I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. It was clean and comfortable and there were enough towels (never happens!). The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience!”

Il personale del ricevimento dovrebbe essere più presente all'accoglienza, spesso non vi era nessuno, soprattutto negli orari pomeridiani e prima serata. Colazione migliorabile, soprattutto per ospiti con allergie ed intolleranze. Una dipendente si è prodigata lei stessa per comprare del latte di mandorla, ma dovrebbe essere l'albergo a fornire il tutto.”

“The hotel seems new and appears to be well maintained. The free breakfast was satisfactory most days, but sometimes the granola was gone or the mixed berries were literally frozen solid. Staff varied in their level of kind attention. For example, even though I had pre-paid my whole trip, at check-in I was asked for a credit card and told to authorize a $300 charge.
