“When we check-in the first day the front desk was really helpful. But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel is about the breakfast, staff and the room. First, the breakfast the food and the coffee run out we went to tell the person that the food is out. She roll her eye at us and look us from the top to bottom. And the reason why I said “we” is cuz is not just me that went to tell the person in the kitchen to fill more food. There’s couple of people that went to tell them. When we went there, we saw...

“Room layout was nice, but the box spring didn’t have a cover so it looked unfinished. Just didn’t feel the cleanest overall. The lobby had a funky smell to it. The gal at the front desk told me they had a VIP guest blasting music the night before which made me concerned for the quality of sleep I’d have that night. Breakfast isn’t included (I might have misread that though). Duct tape on the carpet in the hallways. Just felt like overall this hotel could use some TLC! Not sure I’d stay here...

“Pretty nice hotel for the price and is at a convenient location. I pretty much just needed a place to sleep while visiting the area and this worked well for me. Having a full size fridge in the room is pretty nice.”

“Short stay, maybe 12 hours. My room was clean and well put together. Staff was friendly and engaging. Breakfast was great. Parking was exceptional considering my truck and trailer combo. I would definitely recommend and if I come through town, I will put at the top of my list.”

“I will say, the only reason I am not giving this a better rating is because nowhere on the website or when we made the reservation were we told that the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, and the key amenities we were looking for (namely the swimming pool for our kids, and the hot fresh breakfasts) were not going to be available. I don't care how friendly the staff is, or how nice the rooms, when this level of restriction is not publicized prior to booking, it is an extremely poor look...

“Hotel was build together with a Hampton hotel. Many of the amenities such as pool, exercise room etc are actually next door requiring a long walk. When I checked in, was given room 205…it was suggested that I could carry my luggage up the stairs OR use the elevator…in that order…I understand once I found the elevator about 75 yards basically in the Hampton. We used the stairs after that including bouncing our suitcases”

“My mom, brother, and I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. It was clean and comfortable and there were enough towels (never happens!). The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience!”

“There was hair in bed when comforter pulled down. The bathroom amenities were empty - no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. I spoke to staff and they said they weren’t able to “compensate” me or give a discount because room was booked on Expedia.”
