Hotel vicino a Rushmore Mall - Rapid City

“I'm not a big fan of going to a pool area that smells like chlorine. It's too overwhelming.”

“Being a Hampton Inn I expected more, overall it was good, the breakfast was standard fare and did the job. Parking was good. The worst thing was we were there for 8 days and had to beg for towels, empty trash. Our bed made only once. I asked the front desk after a couple days for housekeeping to come and do a full clean - vacuum, mop, trash, bed etc. Not done! We paid good money and never been so disappointed. The staff was nice enough but doesn’t excuse the lack of cleaning.”

“I will say, the only reason I am not giving this a better rating is because nowhere on the website or when we made the reservation were we told that the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, and the key amenities we were looking for (namely the swimming pool for our kids, and the hot fresh breakfasts) were not going to be available. I don't care how friendly the staff is, or how nice the rooms, when this level of restriction is not publicized prior to booking, it is an extremely poor look...

“My mom, brother, and I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. It was clean and comfortable and there were enough towels (never happens!). The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience!”

“Hotel was build together with a Hampton hotel. Many of the amenities such as pool, exercise room etc are actually next door requiring a long walk. When I checked in, was given room 205…it was suggested that I could carry my luggage up the stairs OR use the elevator…in that order…I understand once I found the elevator about 75 yards basically in the Hampton. We used the stairs after that including bouncing our suitcases”

“Close to the 90 and Mt Rushmore. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Warm fresh baked cookies in the lobby. Used the whirlpool and pool and liked them fine. Across the street from Mongolian BBQ which we loved. Clean comfortable room and beds.”

“L'hotel è confortevole e gradevole anche architettonicamente, è situato appena fuori dal centro di Rapid City che comunque non offre molto tranne alcuni buoni locali dove mangiare e qualche negozio, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in quattro persone in una stanza sufficientemente ampia e comoda, pulizia della stanza ottima.Colazione e piscina nella norma. Buon punto di appoggio per visitare Mount Rushmore e le altre attrattive della zona...

“Old room with old furniture falling to pieces, fitted carpet smells like a cigar, 2 crashed cars parked outside, scam breakfast (just coffe, PBJ, and out-of-date bagel). Such a shame, because the hall was nice and the cleaning very good. You can find better place nearby. Not recommended.”

“It was okay. I think doubletree properties are not well maintained and going down hill. The room was very dusty and did not a shower curtain The parking fee is just a revenue grab. No one was parked there.”

Una puzza tremenda appena entrati e molto sporca quasi da non riuscire a dormire da dopo 9 ore di viaggio (venivamo dallo Yellowstone) non ho avuto tempo di chiedere di cambiare che non c’era più nessuno nella reception. Il giorno dopo ho spiegato il tutto e ci hanno dato una camera nuova più decente ma anche qui una leggera puzza. Peccato perché la posizione è...
