“It was a relief to see that the pool area was very clean. The aroma through out the hotel at times was a strong chemical/cleaning solution. Fort the most part our stay was satisfactory”

“Purtroppo il mio soggiorno non era degli migliori. Ho dovuto cambiare stanza dopo la prima notte (mancava la tenda oscurante, una lampada del comodino non funzionava e polvere sulla testiera del letto) e anche la seconda non era tranquilla (le reti scricchiolavano con ogni movimento). Non forse per il personale della reception avrei dato una stella.”

“Very nice staff, clean room, good breakfast, but I found our room made a lot of noise all night long. Other than that, it was a great stay.”

“L'hotel è confortevole e gradevole anche architettonicamente, è situato appena fuori dal centro di Rapid City che comunque non offre molto tranne alcuni buoni locali dove mangiare e qualche negozio, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in quattro persone in una stanza sufficientemente ampia e comoda, pulizia della stanza ottima.Colazione e piscina nella norma. “The breakfast was very good and maintained with exceptional service. However, the room was not cleaned well. The shower leaked and we did report it. The mattress was lumpy and worn out. One day we returned to the room and found cups and other items on the bathroom floor. Another day we returned to find our door was left open (not just unlocked) and a roll of toilet paper was on the bathroom floor with the dispenser for it in a vertical position (as though it was holding it in place on the...

“The room was clean and the beds were ok just didn’t like the pillows and for the price the room should have had a coffee pot with coffee and sugar and creamer packages.Also no bacon on the breakfast line it should always have both bacon and sausage.”

“The place really needs to be updated, the deck feels like it's going to fall apart, it was missing a slat of wood in the corner. The couch needed to be vacuumed. The air conditioners worked great, it stayed cool in the house. The location is nice. The little store they have is nice, if you need a beer or eggs, it's great, the older lady staff was nice enough but the younger one was just rude.
