Hotel in zona Rimrock, Rapid City

“I really wanted to give this hotel an excellent. The rooms were huge. The hotel is less than a year old. Beautifully appointed. Lots of staff. Great full breakfast that changed daily. The major downfall is that the room cleaning service dropped off the longer we stayed. We booked the hotel for the four nights, and by the third night, the cleaning staff stopped cleaning the room, only straightening the bed; did not replace towels. When we mentioned it to management, we were told we had to request...

“Found this place on our way back home. It was an amazing find! The room was spacious and beautiful. Our 13yo and my husband had a blast in the water park. The hotel was nice and quiet, even with lots of kids there. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Also, the lobby had a water dispenser full of lemon ice water, which was very appreciated from someone who is picky about city water. We would 100% stay here again!”

“Old room with old furniture falling to pieces, fitted carpet smells like a cigar, 2 crashed cars parked outside, scam breakfast (just coffe, PBJ, and out-of-date bagel). Such a shame, because the hall was nice and the cleaning very good. You can find better place nearby. Not recommended.”
