“I'm a senior and have never been in a large hotel like the Sheridan. When I walked in and was wondering what to do, a young staff member asked if he could help me. I told him why I was there and he asked if I was registered. I said yes, so to the computer we went. He asked for my driver's license for identification purposes, had me sign a document and gave me the keys to my room. He gave me exact directions on how to get to the room. “When we walked in the room also smelled. The bathroom was not very clean, the walls and the paper was peeling off. In the shower there were hairs from other guests.”

“Clean and quiet. Close to the Mickelson Bike Trail.”
