“All good”

“A beautiful, charming property with so much character. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. Our suite was gorgeous and well equipped with lots of lovely touches. The pictures do not do it justice! The spa facilities were excellent with a lovely outdoor area to enjoy in the warmer weather. Dinner at the 1530 restaurant (we had the taster menu) was divine. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.”

“Great modern, clean and spacious room. Fantastic staff and helpful check in on arrival. Ample parking and as the weather was very hot the ceiling fan was perfect. Breakfast and dinner was great and good amount of choices.”

“The staff where very attentive, helpful, and nothing with a problem, My partner and I stayed one night for our two year anniversary, and we where giving an upgrade room, with Rose petals in the roon with a card wishing us happy anniversary. The hotel is beautiful and Is surrounded by beautiful gardens. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel especially for a special romantic break”

“Room carpet was dirty. Bathroom smelled like pee and it looked gross, too, plus door knobs were degraded. There was no DND sign for the door. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, and awful for people with dietary restrictions. They made me scrambled eggs without milk as requested, but it was inedible due to being undercooked. Who likes stringy (like snot) egg whites in scrambled eggs? Emailed for support, didn't reply. Tried talking to them, they didn't care.”

“Room was very spacious and pleasant. Option of a shower or bath. A very nice hotel on the quayside. Some noise from the pubs and bars along the quay but expected on a Saturday night and didn't really effect us. A nice stay.”
