“Nice hotel. Close to everything and the staff is very nice and professional. I lost my money clip with money in it and after about 12 hours I realized it was lost so I went to the front desk and it was there with the money still in tact. Safe place and trustworthy staff. ”

“Hotel met een hele goede service. Het personeel was super behulpzaam. De kamer was schoon en netjes. Als ze de badkamer een update zouden geven, zou het een perfecte kamer zijn. Het enige echt negative was dat het geluid van de gang erg doordrong in de kamer. Het personeel maakt geen lawaai, maar andere gasten wel. En Indonesische zijn vroeg op en niet stil in de vroege ochtend.”

“　バンドン市街からレンバン方面に少し上った所にあります。急な予約の宿泊でしたが、スムーズに対応してくれました。 　家族5人（大人２，子ども３）での宿泊で、キングサイズベッド3部屋のファミリールームを利用しました。静かな環境でゆっくり休め，インドネシア料理中心の朝食も大変美味しかったです。 　難を言えば、シャワーの温水器が旧式で熱いお湯が出なかったことです。涼しい、いや寒いぐらいのバンドンにあっては温水シャワーは必要ですね。”

“Prima hotel! Comfortabel en prima service. Het ontbijt is indonesisch. Als westerling wilde ik toch graag een gebakken ei, maar dat was elke ochtend (3x) steeds weer "zeuren" voordat je dat eindelijk kreeg. Terwijl in andere Amaris vestigingen elk gewenst ei ter plekke wordt bereid.”
