“The first assigned room was uncomfortable because too noise from the roads (it was a corner room). But the hotel manager and staff were very professional and replaced this room with a more comfortable one. “The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far). Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. “Mooi hotel, sfeervolle inrichting. Lekker ontbijt (a la carte) en uitstekende service. Mogelijkheid om tours te boeken naar bv. kawah putih met gids (aanrader!). Kamer is netjes, wordt elke dag gepoetst. Op weekdagen werden we op het derde verdiep gewekt door de speaker van de nabijgelegen school. Dit is een beetje jammer.”
