“Bel hotel, chambre et literie confortables. Le personnel s'est fortement impliqué pour m'aider à trouver un chauffeur pour aller à Bira au meilleur prix, mais aussi pour m'orienter dans l'achat dun billet de bus de nuit pour Rantepao. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, mais jai trouve la qualité des produits correcte sans plus.”

“Mooie, schone en ook ruime kamer. Personeel was vriendelijk, maar niet op de hoogte van dat kinderen onder de 16 gratis zijn. Ook niet na uitleg en laten zien op de website. ontbijt was fantastisch, maar wel duur als je er apart voor moet betalen. Er is een goede gym. Zwembad is fijn, alleen alle tegels en ijzer rondom is kapot of verroest. Weinig mensen spreken Engels.”

“L albergo è bello moderno elegante. Il servizio internet pessimo. Lo staff alla reception è gentile ma parla molto male l inglese e qualunque colloquio è di fatto impossibile. Il room service prevede solo pagamento in CONTANTI!!!! Colazione self service buona e molto abbondante. Prezzo competitivo”

“The stove in the kitchen didn't work, and the toilets had a strong smell coming from them constantly that wouldn't go away no matter how many times you flushed or cleaned it. You would think they would properly clean the place and make sure everything is working before letting someone else stay there. ”

“Room had problems. Paint chipping from furniture with mold in bathroom seals where friendly staff worked hard to keep it cleand. Restaurant furniture was very old, cracked, broken covering, food served at buffet was cold. Simply had to look for napkins/tissue papers where staff did not care about guest Hotel definitely not 5 star. Will not stay there in future”

“Demasiado ruido por la noche en los pasillos y habitaciones contiguas, en 3 ocasiones he tenido que salir al pasillo y llamar a la atención eran las 3 de la mañana pasadas. Sin hablar que se escucha todo entre habitaciones. Llame a recepción y no hicieron absolutamente nada, se limitaran a pedir disculpas por el ruido. ”
