“The hospitality of the staff especially Ginny the owner of this fine establishment was very helpful and were great to chat with regarding the region of the Adirondacks. Let me not forget to mention the rooms are cozy, impeccable and lovely decorated by Ginny who is true artist. I do plan on visiting this area of the Adirondacks again and the Balsams will be base camp when exploring this beautiful area. ”

Great location for our short family reunion of 6 adults and 3 tweens. Would worry about kids less than 10 or limited mobility folks as stairs quite tight or spirally and high. “I had a last minute family emergency and needed a place to stay, quick! This Caroga Lake location was available and it worked out wonderfully. The location was great and the size was perfect. Communication with the host was wonderful. I accidentally locked myself out (whoops 😂) and the issue was resolved within a reasonable time. Would definitely stay here again”

“I booked this cabin fri-Sun as a meet up with some friends I don’t get to see much. Unfortunately I had mechanical problems on the way and didn’t arrive until 5am sat morning.
