“The location was as good as it gets: you can see Main Street in Lake Placid. It’s a 2-5 minute walk. Also a 2-5 minute walk to the Mirror Lake trail (2.8 mile loop). The view from the room was gorgeous. The pool was 80 degrees and the hot tub 100. The pool had a 9.5ft depth on one end and was the biggest pool we’ve seen at a hotel. “The room was big and very clean. The hotel and staff were very nice and accommodating”

“Location is awesome. Each day had a different price. On the less expensive date I give it a 5 star on the expensive days I give it a 3 star. The one negative is no black out curtains or shades so the room is bright at 6 am or before. The website on Expedia said it had them but when i asked about changing rooms i was told that no rooms had blackouts.? Who knows whats true!”
