“Staff very accommodating Clean room”

“The room was clean, bed is comfortable. The staff was nice both at check in and at the fitness center. The hot tub was crowded in the tower but then i went to the family pool and it was empty. That was nice. ”

“Last minute stay due to a canceled flight. Close to airport, clean, plenty of parking, super nice staff ”

“The hotel was brand new and very clean. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had heavy snow during our stay, and one of the staff members kindly helped brush the snow off our car the next morning. I really appreciated their kindness!”

“Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Molto meglio degli hotel appartenenti a catene commerciali presenti nelle vicinanze. Camere spaziose, pulite e curate, alcune con una bella vista sul fiume (non la nostra). Il casinò, pur essendo nella stessa struttura, è ben diviso dall’hotel rendendo facile l’accesso ma mantenendo la privacy dell’hotel. Super consigliato”

“Molto pulito, camera spaziosa, due letti queen molto comodi. Possibilità di parcheggio che abbiamo sfruttato (a pagamento) molto utile. Possibilità di colazione che non abbiamo sfruttato perchè l'albergo è situato a pochi passi da tante caffetterie e locali. posizione molto comoda per vedere le cascate del Niagara. Struttura consigliata.”

“Hotel molto bello e dotato di numerosi servizi. Quello che lascia a desiderare è il livello di assistenza. Due notti di soggiorno ma non è mai stata rifatta la stanza nè cambiate le asciugamani. Altra cosa da segnalare, il personale (non solo alla reception) estremamente scostante e scortese….quasi come se a pagare per il ns. soggiorno fossero loro. ”
