“Hotel bello, camere pulite e ampie. Peccato per il personale di accoglienza, che si è posto con atteggiamento aggressivo e per nulla disponibile! Questo ha rovinato la nostra esperienza. È stato veramente spiacevole!”

“Hotel molto bello e dotato di numerosi servizi. Quello che lascia a desiderare è il livello di assistenza. Due notti di soggiorno ma non è mai stata rifatta la stanza nè cambiate le asciugamani. Altra cosa da segnalare, il personale (non solo alla reception) estremamente scostante e scortese….quasi come se a pagare per il ns. soggiorno fossero loro. ”

“Our family stayed there and we were very satisfied. The building is older, but they still care and are trying hard. The rooms and halls were clean. The walls were freshly painted. There was lots of staff. The location is perfect - practically in the parking lot of the Walden Galleria. Kids could walk there by themselves if they wanted to. There were a lot of people enjoying the pool and the atrium area. The atrium area is like going into a time-warp - in a good way. It's old, but it's...

“Molto pulito, camera spaziosa, due letti queen molto comodi. Possibilità di parcheggio che abbiamo sfruttato (a pagamento) molto utile. Possibilità di colazione che non abbiamo sfruttato perchè l'albergo è situato a pochi passi da tante caffetterie e locali. posizione molto comoda per vedere le cascate del Niagara. Struttura consigliata.”

“Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Molto meglio degli hotel appartenenti a catene commerciali presenti nelle vicinanze. Camere spaziose, pulite e curate, alcune con una bella vista sul fiume (non la nostra). Il casinò, pur essendo nella stessa struttura, è ben diviso dall’hotel rendendo facile l’accesso ma mantenendo la privacy dell’hotel. Super consigliato”
