“I love the resort. I went there for Christmas with my family, but people at this place are not friendly at all.”

“The room was so lovely. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and I loved the shower. The restaurant where i had my meals, The Emerald was so attentive to my dietary needs and sensitivities and the waitstaff was so kind.”

“Hotel molto bello e dotato di numerosi servizi. Quello che lascia a desiderare è il livello di assistenza. Due notti di soggiorno ma non è mai stata rifatta la stanza nè cambiate le asciugamani. Altra cosa da segnalare, il personale (non solo alla reception) estremamente scostante e scortese….quasi come se a pagare per il ns. soggiorno fossero loro. ”

“The cleanliness is excellent, as the breakfast. Very poor the sofa beds, uncomfortable when used as beds. We tried two of them in two different rooms to find out that was not a problem of a single sofa bed, but the result of a poor choice: all the rooms had the same uncomfortable sofa beds. Very good check in by Angelo. The position is very good, near the Maid of the Mist and the American Falls”

“Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Molto meglio degli hotel appartenenti a catene commerciali presenti nelle vicinanze. Camere spaziose, pulite e curate, alcune con una bella vista sul fiume (non la nostra). Il casinò, pur essendo nella stessa struttura, è ben diviso dall’hotel rendendo facile l’accesso ma mantenendo la privacy dell’hotel. Super consigliato”
