The hot water heater was very small which was fine, however, not knowing this we ran out of hot water during the first shower which left only cold water for my shower and we had a funeral to attend so that made it very inconvenient. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable.
