Quiet from outside noise, good light-blocking shades for sleeping in both the bedroom and living room, amazing water pressure, and a kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfast and afternoon snacks. The pond was a great little place for the kids to explore and the proximity to the grocery store was perfect for any last minute items. ”

“I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable.
