“Great place, this rooms bathroom door was very hard to close (barn style) but overall great”

“Room was clean, staff was friendly, price was right and when we didn’t have water they moved us to another one. I wish I could have enjoyed more the amenities. Maybe next time! And whoever was working 1/19 mid shift was the nicest person. She was so kind and I wish I could remember her name! I had her grab me more chamomile tea because I was a nervous wreck to fly back home. ”

“The hotel was brand new and very clean. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had heavy snow during our stay, and one of the staff members kindly helped brush the snow off our car the next morning. I really appreciated their kindness!”

“Hotel molto bello e dotato di numerosi servizi. Quello che lascia a desiderare è il livello di assistenza. Due notti di soggiorno ma non è mai stata rifatta la stanza nè cambiate le asciugamani. Altra cosa da segnalare, il personale (non solo alla reception) estremamente scostante e scortese….quasi come se a pagare per il ns. soggiorno fossero loro. ”

“My stay was during the winter storm on Jan 25. It was a wonderful stay!! All - really all - of the staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly! The breakfast was beyond expectations! Waffles were the best! The Manager was checking in with guests to make sure we were taken care of if we needed anything. And he was very appreciative of his team:). Oh and the bar was great and also very friendly! Food was outstanding.”

“Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Molto meglio degli hotel appartenenti a catene commerciali presenti nelle vicinanze. Camere spaziose, pulite e curate, alcune con una bella vista sul fiume (non la nostra). Il casinò, pur essendo nella stessa struttura, è ben diviso dall’hotel rendendo facile l’accesso ma mantenendo la privacy dell’hotel. Super consigliato”

“Molto pulito, camera spaziosa, due letti queen molto comodi. Possibilità di parcheggio che abbiamo sfruttato (a pagamento) molto utile. Possibilità di colazione che non abbiamo sfruttato perchè l'albergo è situato a pochi passi da tante caffetterie e locali. posizione molto comoda per vedere le cascate del Niagara. Struttura consigliata.”
