“This was a nice and rustic trip away from the city into the peace and serenity of the country. Beautiful night sky with a fire pit and a porch allowed one to enjoy the sights and sounds. Cows, goats, miniature horses, chickens, geese, peacocks, dogs, and cats are some of the friendly animals on the property. Trailer was clean and bed was comfortable.”

The kitchen and baths were well stocked with essentials and we especially liked having fans in our bedrooms. The cabin was a cozy retreat after skiing!”

“Great stay at a nice property just outside of Ellicottville, plenty of space for two families (4 adults, 3 kids). Pretty nicely updated, hot tub worked great. Some issues with plowing when we arrived (lots of snow left on the driveway) but that was taken care of by the second day. Highly recommend.”

“The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE !
