“Joshua's place was a FANTASTIC place to use as a "homebase" for touring the Saratoga Springs area. We were in town to tour historical sites and the close proximity to Saratoga National Battlefield, U.S. Grant's Cottage and even Ft. Ticonderoga (a short hour+ drive through the beautiful countryside) was the best feature. The natural and serene community surrounding the house made you feel a world away from the city yet it was only a short drive to wonderful restaurants, shopping and the race...

“the house was fine no issues and we only were there in the evenings and for breakfast only issue would be to have the driveway and parking area cleaned up a little better for parking and unloading but overall a thumbs up thank you ”

“We were in Saratoga to celebrate my birthday and go to a concert at SPAC with family and friends who lived in the surrounding areas. We had the BEST time. This house was absolutely perfect - comfortable, clean, convenient. I could not have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to stay here and will definitely be back. Trish was responsive and so nice to work with. I would give 10 stars if I could. ”

“Much needed family retreat! We lost our daughter-in-law last year, so we postponed our family vacation until this year. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It was a great time of healing and renewal. The house is charming, but a little drafty. Plenty of rooms for our large family. We had a bit of trouble getting in on the first day (not the fault of the host), but Vasili was very responsive and we figured out the problem. Beautiful location!”

“The property is a little older,needs maintenance on the outside of the building, but the property and the room was spotless, bath fan made alot of noise,probably just needs to be cleaned,employees were great,very helpful when asked questions, easy in and out of the resort,definitely would recommend, made a perfect getaway for 3 days !!!😊👍”

“Staff is extremely courteous and accomodating. They were able to provide early check in for my family of 5 with 3 young kids. This is my 3rd year here and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Rooms were extremely clean. Outdoor pool well kept. Very family friendly. ”
