“The house is a very cute cottage with a large back yard suitable for kids and pets. The house itself is clean and well stocked. Very pet-friendly, host is easy to reach, and the kitchen is well supplied. Had a very nice time there.”

“It was clean and spacious. There is an excellent restaurant on premises. Thehost was very attentive and responsive to requests and needs. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.”

“Connie was a terrific host. The house was clean and we really loved how all the light fixtures were labeled. The information binder gave so much information. The barn had great activities such as a pool table and ping-pong. The kitchen was fully stocked. We would love to come back again.”

“White Oak House was the perfect place for our family gathering. The house itself is spacious and well-appointed, the grounds and amenities were fabulous and Connie, our host, was communicative and responsive.I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to any Bennington families, nature lovers, or seasonal visitors.”

“It was very expensive for a dated motor lodge with no amenities, not even breakfast. It was a bed and a bathroom for over $250 during off season. Crazy!!”

“Nice place and nice people running it. Full breakfast included. Nice bed but a bit too soft for us. Nice shower.”

“Camera spaziosa, ma non c'era il letto per la 5a persona, nonostante l'avessi richiesto al momento della prenotazione.”

“Very nice old school Vermont motor inn. Dated decor, but all clean and well maintained. Except the shower. The shower was clean, but even with only a few people in the motel getting consistent hot/cold water was difficult. Literally our only complaint. Very good location to downtown, too. Only about 4 1/2 miles from Bennington College if you are visiting.”

“2 stars hotel. You get what you pay.”

“Room was clean. Staff helpful. Didn’t get a chance to have breakfast either days, the system of pre filled form for breakfast didn’t work for us. Didn’t get a chance to go to the bar”

“Very nice and clean”
