“Overall a lovely stay. I missed the fact that there was no table and could not sort out the coffee machine. Loved that it was pet friendly but this was too evident in the back yard so could not let my pup out to enjoy it. To be fair it had been a long winter with unusual high snowfall that had just melted so spring cleanup maybe had not happened. ”

“OMG - this place is fantastic. An oasis of peace and quiet yet close to so many things - Albany Rep for theatre, 38 mins away, Saratoga - 38 min away, Bennington museums - 38 min away. Manchester VT - 38 min away. This house is so impeccably appointed and comfortable, you want for nothing. Add in the "see to the horizon" sight lines out your bedroom window and you know you are in heaven. You know the host cares for your comfort - she has even added a bit of magic to your stay”

“Peaceful and whimsical stay in a historic inn. The breakfast was delicious (served with the best local maple syrup) and location was a 5 minute drive to the downtown area.”

“The first room we checked into had a random person staying in it. The hotel staff had no idea who it was. The second room we were upgraded into was not very clean. The room smelled, there were questionable stains on the bedding, and there was dirt on the floor. We could hear the TV from the room next to us all evening. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, or stay here again.”
