“Best trip I’ve ever been on. The hotel is better than I even expected - we rented an oceanfront suite and were blown away by the views every morning. The resort, and all of the amenities, are clean and well kept. Every meal we had was better than the last. Of all the employees at the resort, Trishauna working the pool bar was by far the BEST and sweetest. She is so personable, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. Mustafa, who welcomed us, was also very nice & helpful as we settled in....

“The grounds and the beach were beautiful and our room was absolutely gorgeous. It is a small resort with 1 pool and 1 restaurant. It is in a quiet section of the island. You must take a taxi to go into town or you can walk on the beach for about a mile. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There is construction going on right next door ”

“I am extremely disappointed with this structure. It is probably run by local staff. The manager at the reception; she is a rude musona who arrogantly handles incoming customers. We had a month's vacation we could extend our vacation days; but we ran away. The staff doesn't say hello, it seems like everything they do; it seems an incredible effort.... spend a lot to have nothing and have no service.. at least education... “ La struttura è un bel complesso di piccole dimensioni, adiacente ad una marina, situata in una community nella parte nord-est di Providenciales, molto distante da qualsiasi servizio (supermercato, negozi, farmacia). “Ambientazione e natura molto bella, servizio impeccabile. Non è chiaro quando si prenota l'ubicazione delle abitazioni vista mare, dalle foto sembrano sulla spiaggia poi in realtà non lo sono. Molta confusione e sovraffollamento delle piscine.”

“East Bay is the most relaxing resort. Was very chill and the staff was amazing! (CJ is the man!) They were very helpful. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and made our time there absolutely amazing. The beach is huge and feels like a personal private beach as many times were we the only people on the beach. Even when it was busy, it's massive so it never felt crowded. Definitely the place for a relaxing vacation not the best for those seeking partying or night life.”
