“Overall good for staying in town + walks, front of counter staff and bar staff were the best. But inconsistent service from there and not to the Sheraton standard unfortunately: - Breakfast: Eggs systems/process is a bottleneck and depended on 1 person taking 20+ egg orders and not delivering them in a timely fashion, or just forgotten about. A lot of food on offer were quite dry. - Rooms: We hired 2, only 1/2 electrical outlets worked in all rooms, one room we had was the VIP room and it was...

“Great place to stay when travelling to Samoa. We were able to easily hire a car to explore the island, as well as taking day trips through the resort. Food was fantastic and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely come back here again.”

“The location and snorkelling were great. Buffet breakfast was also fantastic. This is a large resort so you don't get that small pacific vibe, its a very busy place. But easy to drive from there to visit other attractions if you have a car.”

“We really loved our stay at Coconuts. The room was beautiful and very spacious and had good outdoor table and chairs to relax on I loved the restaurant as it had an inside and outside area. The food here was really impressive Only area of improvement would be the continental breakfast you have to wait for, could simply be a buffet style but appreciate its island life also”

We only needed bathroom tissues and towels to be replenished, and there was no telephone in the room to contact the caps or family. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I truly appreciated the peaceful and quiet environment—I loved it. This is just a suggestion for improvement, but overall, it was a very good experience.”
