NEVER AGAIN! CHECK IN ONLY FROM 3PM-7PM MON-SAT NO CHECK IN ON SUNDAY. DELAYED FLIGHT OH WELL! I had a 3 night stay booked and was looking forward to staying at this hotel because I like having a full stove and Fridge when I travel. I arrived to the hotel around 8pm on a Saturday after a7 hour drive. I was confused because the property was not well lit and the office didn't look like the typical office for a big chain hotel. The office was closed to my surprise and I couldn't get ahold of anyone. After a good while I was informed from A guest that check in is only from 3pm until 7pm Monday through Saturday and Sundays are not available for check in at all. I was very flustered and stressed out because my stay was from Saturday night through Monday night and was already paid for. It is on me for not assuming that a big 100 plus room hotel that's part of a chain keeps the same hours for check in as a cute little bed and breakfast. I think it's un-seen across the industry where the office/front desk closes for 40hrs from Saturday 7pm until 11 am Monday morning. Good luck if you get locked out or have an emergency you won't be able to get a hold of any attendant.

So much went wrong with our stay… the main and biggest thing was that neither the key card reader nor the actual bolt on the door of our room work. Someone could have literally just turned the handle and walked in. When I spoke to management about it they said they already knew (did NOT disclose that to us upon check in) and added that there were no other rooms available and that they were unable to fix the door at that time (we only stayed one night). We had to take all of our belongings out of the room any time we had to leave the hotel. They took our money knowing damn well that the room they gave us was NOT acceptable for a paying customer to stay in. Don’t waste your money here.

I had to go back to font desk to get towels because there was no towels in room & not much toilet paper too. The room they put me & my husband in was dirty with food in kitchen sink & room stinked so bad & the the filter on unit in room had not been cleaned in months & that was the reason why the room stinked so bad. Then the toilet keeps cutting on throughout the night. We couldn't get much sleep because of everything.

I didnt like the fact that the room has a stove but it didnt work. And dishes were not provided so if i was hungry oh well for me. I would have to spend extra money. The room came with 1 tiny bar of soap. 1 half used roll of tissue.

This site does not tell people who are still on the grounds that if you give a bad review you're going to get put out. you asked my opinion. I gave it during the time the TV's were off because of the Internet. Obviously my review was frowned upon. This particular Tuesday, I received a fone call from the front desk saying I had to leave because I didn't pay for Sunday. Here it was Tuesday and you're saying I didn't pay for Sunday but took my money Monday. That was odd. Anyway. The stay was decent. Tonya was the Only one who did her job. But I WILL NEVER STAY A T THIS HOTEL again

Internet is down. TV won't work.
For the past 2 days. The hotel's Internet has been down. And for some STUPID reason you can't connect an antenna to the TV and just watch regular channels. For the life of me I can't throw any good reason for that.

Love but don't like the TV service.
I like the hotel in general but lately, a lot of arguing and fighting has been going on. But it's usually rectified quickly. Other than that. My stay is good. Then there's the TV with no menu or program info.

I had a few hiccups here, but they can be better at communicating. Furthermore, put up a sign that says the emergency number posted in the office window after the office is closed. I wish I had my room cleaned housekeeping never came to my room nor asked during the stay if I needed any. I asked and was going to have to wait another day so I cleaned me own room and bathroom like college days. The employees here don’t like to work, and try to make you feel bad for asking for items you need during your stay.

This hotel is a scam. None of the pictures posted look like what it does now. Rooms are trifling with a filthy stench of mildew. Due to the time of day I was unable to get refund as to book elsewhere. IT IS OBVIOUS this place is NOT UP TO CODE. We even bought food from the local Walmart to cook that was COMPLETELY wasted because of how dirty the kitchen was.
