"We reserved 3 rooms. The AC in one of the rooms did not work. In 93 degree weather, over a 100 degrees in the room, this was unacceptable. "Amazing staff. Clean rooms. Enjoyed to round the clock apples/oranges and the fruit infused water. Would recommend removing ashtrays from entrance, to prevent guests from smoking right at the entrance. Would also recommend nice air freshener especially as we walk into the hotel.
