“The staff (Jana) was great! There was a tournament happening at the arena so the hotel was hosting about 100 young boys this weekend. Fortunately, everyone behaved respectfully and the flurry settled at a reasonable time. The rooms were small and did not have a coffee maker but they were clean and very comfortable! The breakfast had a nice selection. We would stay again!”

“Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist extrem schön eingerichtet. Tolle Mischung aus traditionellem Erzgebirge Charme und Moderne. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer toll eingerichtet, modern und äußerst geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. ”

Sød og familiært personale med stort overblik trods mange spisende gæster. Fin lille spa afdeling med pool, sauna og relax område. Etablering af ladestandere til el-biler bør overvejes, da byen Neuhausen ikke tilbyder nogen offentlige ladestandere! ”
