“Overall, it was a good experience. The location of the hotel is great, the city centre is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. I also enjoyed my room, very spacious and comfortable. However, I would have appreciated more attention to detail. The room could have been cleaner and I had the feeling that the attention of the staff towards the customer was not high (the relationship was very impersonal). Also, the decor of the room and the common areas is very minimalist and impersonal.”

“the breakfast is okay. you can ask to heat the roll bread. the chef will cook whatever you like for your eggs fried, sunny side up or boiled. you can request if you want soft. food are all the same and very presentable, the staffs are the couple who are the owners. clean and check the room everyday as when we come back bins are emptied and toilets are cleaned. they will not touch you bed unless you say so, they will changed the towel after 2 or 3 days, parking space are okay. the room we had...
