“Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings war es nicht schön, dass man sich Bad und Toilette mit zwei anderen Zimmern teilen musste. Die 2,80 Euro Zusatzgebühr muss man bar bezahlen, EC-Karte wird nicht alkzeptiert. Leider hatte ich kein Bargeld dabei, worauf hin der Wirt extrem unfreundlich wurde. Er war vorher schon nicht besonders freundlich, entweder hatte er einen "schlechten" Tag oder er hat allgemein etwas gegen Wessis (ich komme aus dem Ruhrgebiet). Erst nachdem ein netter Gast mir die 2,80 Euro...

“Overall, it was a good experience. The location of the hotel is great, the city centre is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel. I also enjoyed my room, very spacious and comfortable. However, I would have appreciated more attention to detail. The room could have been cleaner and I had the feeling that the attention of the staff towards the customer was not high (the relationship was very impersonal). Also, the decor of the room and the common areas is very minimalist and impersonal.”
