“The hotel was excellent. Staff were very helpful and went the extra mile for it's customers. My room was well appointed and had air conditioning and a very small balcony. There was a safety cupboard rather than a safety deposit box which worked well. TV was new, bathroom was clean and fresh. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use the hotel again should I visit Chaing Mai in the future. ”

“Check in is at 2pm as in many cases in Thailand. It was a challenge to coordinate flight and booking time. We arrived around noon and the receptionist let us store our luggage inside and said to come back around 13:00 to give her time to clean the room. Location is great with a self serve laundry a walk away, food and finding a Tuk tuk just a short walk along with historical sites. I would stay there again and recommend others to stay as well. ”

“We stayed at heyha 4 nights and I can totally say that this place is amazing. The building is recently constructed with a very modern and unique design. Our room was quite basic but the important things were all perfect: clean room, comfortable and large bed, good WiFi connection, powerful and hot shower and good a/c. The place seems very safe, the first floor is open to the street with hotel scooter, HiFi and TV reachable from outside nobody touched anything. Tee, the owner, is an amazing...
