“We love staying at the Lincoln Sands when we visit Lincoln city! Right on the beach with beautiful views! The nearby tide pools are a favorite as well. The staff are extremely friendly. We especially love the chowder and cookies ❤️ we also really enjoy the pool. Thanks for always taking such good care of our family!”

“It’s not bad, it’s dated and looks like it’s being worked on. Staff is nice but there’s an older person that seems short on patience. It may just be her communication style. The hot tub was good and the pool was fun. There was a bloody finger print and blood around the shower. All in all good.”

“Parking was good. Room clean, but small. No drawers for clothing, no closet, no chairs, just tiny stools, hard to keep towels dry as there were no towel racks. Refrigerator and microwave were convenient.OK for a day or two. When driving out from motel onto Highway 101, the South exit gives much better visibility of traffic during busy times.”

“Couldn’t get in the door with code. Had to go back and get the key. Glad it wasn’t raining. The tv in the living area wouldn’t work (stuck on hdmi with no remote for changing) Bed was great tho. This place has a lot of potential but definitely needs upgraded and just prettied up. Oh and bring your own tp, that stuff was horrible ”

“Most staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was right by the check in area. The second night we had neighbors that sounded like they were playing a football game. Door banging shut constantly, banging against the walls that shook our room. Sounds like furniture was being moved around. Kids yelling and running in and out. I mentioned it to the desk clerk and he said he could hear ir too some, but he did nothing about it. I would appreciate a refund of that night. I considered leaving in...

“The Palace is showing some age, but it’s a good value for the price. The family room was large with a usable kitchenette and table. ”

“We've stayed here before, but now it is in desperate need of updating. Very old and rundown condition with stained carpets, water damage to walls, everything is shabby, etc. However, the location, view and beach are great. ”

“Each room is individually owned and is different so that’s something to be aware of when booking. My review is of ocean view, room 17/217. Wonderful room, clean, has what’s needed. Great location and view. Outdated community room with pool, sauna, games but not interested in using anyway. ”

“The rooms were fantastic people.Fantastic.There's so much to do just on property you only have to go out in town if you want to. The parking is a little tight, but with a backup camera backing into the spaces are easier than pulling forward”
