“I had an amazing one-night stay at Agnus Unawatuna in Unawatuna, Sri Lanka. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The entire hotel was spotless and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, and one of the best parts of the hotel was the stunning rooftop infinity pool with breathtaking views. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.”

“This is an amazing property run by amazing and friendly staff. The rooms themselves are unusual and special in design, with an outside (but private) bathroom which is unlike anything else. The pool is nice and the area is surrounded by trees where monkeys jump around and entertain you, but we had no issues with them as they are the shy kind! Would definitely recommend and is great for visits to Galle and Dakata beach which is excellent for surfing. ”

“This property is a stunning gem away from the heat and bustle of Galle Fort. A beautiful pool and a sea breeze is definite respite during the day A 5 minute tuk tuk ride will take you to the Fort. The rooms are large. The beds very comfy. The shower was perfect. All decorated simply and in keeping with the building 150 year age. Then there is Mohan who appears like magic when you need something. He is kind and friendly, the perfect host..if he offers to make you a traditional lunch or dinner...

“We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is right on the water and you can see the waves crashing on the rocks. It is located close to many shops and restaurants. We had a delicious breakfast each day with a choice of Euro-American food and Sri Lankan food. We had a wonderful assistant in the person of Asuri. She was doing everything: front of house, breakfast, room service and more. The pool was lovely, despite the odd shark-dolphin sculptural oddity (a shower for children). The rooms were...
