Noleggiare il 7 camere da letto, 4 bagni, 2 piano casa, che si trova in una comunità tranquilla, appena a nord di Dewey Beach. Questa casa si trova 2-1 / 2 isolati dal mare ea breve distanza a piedi dal centro di Dewey. Ampio spazio strada privata per gli affittuari e ai loro ospiti di parcheggiare e lasciare auto o addirittura una barca alla casa senza la necessità di acquistare permessi di sosta.

Questa casa è funzionale, offrendo un ottimo rapporto qualità ed è ideale per le grandi riunioni di famiglia o gruppi alla ricerca di un noleggio spiaggia a un prezzo ragionevole. Se ti piace passare il tempo con gli amici, si ha la flessibilità per 2 o 3 famiglie che vogliono andare in vacanza insieme. La casa è stata progettata con la flessibilità per consentire agli adulti di avere privacy nella propria sezione della casa e dei loro figli in dall'altra parte o le famiglie possono avere ciascuna una sezione privata di loro.

La parte anteriore della casa ha una cucina completa, un soggiorno e uno dei quattro bagni completi al secondo piano insieme a un grande ponte al largo del soggiorno. Al piano di sotto nella sezione anteriore della casa c'è un altro bagno e tre camere da letto (una camera con un letto matrimoniale, una camera con due letti singoli e una piccola stanza con un letto a castello) e comprende anche una piattaforma al largo di una delle camere da letto. La parte posteriore della casa al secondo piano ha una grande sala per la colazione con un frigorifero aggiuntivo, caffettiera, forno a microonde, lavandino e TV. Sempre al secondo piano è un bagno completo, una camera con un letto full size e una camera con due letti singoli. Al piano terra sul retro della casa c'è un altro bagno completo e una camera con un letto matrimoniale e una camera con un letto a castello con un pieno sul fondo e due sopra.

La casa ha anche due docce esterne nella parte posteriore della casa, lavatrice e asciugatrice, griglia esterna propano e internet Wi-Fi disponibile.

Se si vuole visitare il centro di Rehoboth Beach, prendere il Jolly Trolley per un breve giro per il lungomare, negozi, sala supplementare ed esperienze di danza.

Il check-in alle 15:00 di venerdì e il check-out il venerdì successivo entro le 10:00. Gli ospiti sono responsabili per il loro lenzuola, asciugamani e prodotti di carta.

Best Value in Rehoboth

The pictures don't do it justice. 12 members of extended family stayed. Most just stayed for a long weekend, but it was great. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes, no problem. The house itself was large, so that the 3 families all had their own wing for sleeping. When one family had to leave unexpectedly early, there were only 5 of us left and we were rattling around! Lots of up and down stairs tho.

Highly recommend this property for 3 reasons: 1) proximity to beach, sites, and facility accommodation tailored for multiple families with private areas. Pet friendly as well. Importantly, the property owner is very professional, engaged, and responsive.

Great spot in Dewey

This beach house worked perfectly for our group- 2 parents plus 9 adults age 21-35. At one point we had 9 cars on the driveway and still had room for cornhole. Craig stopped in to say Hello when we checked in and was available by text/phone. It is an easy 2.5 block walk to the beach. We plan to be back next year!

This site was a perfect place to get away and enjoy the beauty, amenities, and lifestyle of Dewey, Delaware. The property owner/manager was friendly, available, and hospitable. We love our annual Dewey trips, and this new location did not disappoint. Plenty of spaces in this rental to enjoy some alone time while coming back together to enjoy family time. All of this and within a brief walk to the beach, nightlife, and fun hot spots.

An Moedim Celebration

There were some older people with knee challenges which made going up and down the stairs a bit difficult. Also the bunk beds were a challenge. We enjoyed the proximity of the beach and shopping areas! Overall, our stay was good and we enjoyed our celebration! Our host was very helpful!

Fabulous place for a large group

The house is spacious and well set out for a large group of friends to allow everyone space to gather or retreat for quiet time. It’s also in a great location for just a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants etc in Dewey. Definitely recommend.

House was very adequate for our large family, nice location and comfy beds. Only downside, top bunk on 1 set did not have safety rail so was unusable. Shaded lower deck very nice.

Sweet Dewey Beach House

We loved our week at Dewey Beach. The house was perfect for our growing family. There was a bed for everyone! The walk to the beach was easy enough. You do cross one fairly busy street but there’s a cross walk with a light. The upper deck in the late afternoon was so nice. We enjoyed many meals out there. We loved walking to the beach after dinner and letting the dogs play. Craig was wonderful with communicating and made the check in and out so easy. We loved gathering in the kitchen and family room at night for games. Great house and we hope to stay there again.

Exactly as Described and Owner is a good/fast communicator.

Unit was exactly as described. We had a variety of family members join us over the course of the week... from my 85 year old father to my youngest - who is 19. It was perfect to accomodate a larger group. Kitchen well stocked (although we did eat out a lot). Lots of parking for cars. The distance to the beach is really a VERY easy walk. However, I would make a note that if you have elderly parents or very young children, the walk to the beach might? be a little much. I saw families pushing young kids (under 5) in strollers and I (personally) had to drive my dad at the beach and then return the car back to our house parking. The walk was just a little too far - if someone has mobility issues.

Excellent accommodations & walking distance to the beach.

This vacation home is well maintained and stocked w/the essentials for a multi-family get together. This home is big enough for groups to meet and socialize throughout the house. Information was provided prior to check-in of house rules and how to care for the house and where to find essentials. Craig, the property owner was helpful & responded quickly & checked back when we had questions. We look forward to our next family visit to the beach in 2025.

Perfect for a getaway with friends

My friends and I loved our stay here. Perfect location close to the bars and beach, but far enough away to relax and unwind on a nice, quiet street when you need a break. Spacious and clean inside, with bedrooms away from the main room when you need some rest. We already plan on renting again next year!

Dewey Beach Memorial Day Week/ Weekend Stay

Our stay on Elizabeth Street in Dewey Beach was perfect. The home is well located, spacious, furnished and outfitted, and reasonably priced. Craig Foster, the owner/host was very responsive. I would defintely recommend this home to large families and groups.

Fantastic Dewey Beach House

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Dewey and couldn’t be happier with the Elizabeth St beach house. It’s in a great location with only a short walk to both the beach and all that Dewey has to offer. The house is very spacious and has four full bathrooms which is great. It also has wonderful accommodations such as two outdoor showers and decks. Craig the owner reached out with all of the relevant property information shortly before our vacation and followed up to make sure we arrived without any issues which was very nice. Definitely a spot we will look to rent in the future!

Awesome place for a family gathering

It was perfect for our family! We brought six children, also had grandparents and SIL and cousin staying with us. Lovely bedrooms for lots of people, we cooked and ate meals together in the bigger kitchen/living room on the one side and gathered our big family for games etc. there. During the day it was nice that all the kids could hang out on the other side of the house in a gathering space with a microwave for popcorn and a refrigerator for their drinks. The kids stayed up late and didn't keep us up as they had their own place to visit. Everything we needed was there - outdoor shower for beach sand, grill for dinner, every appliance we needed to cook meals for a big crew. And having four bathrooms and showers was so much appreciated when everyone comes home and needs a shower! I was also able to do laundry out last day before we went home and that made it all much easier. Also there is plenty of parking, that is important. This is an awesome place to rent for a week at the beach, especially with a big family!

Dewey Beach House

The house is very spacious and is a nice quiet neighborhood. It is a short walk to the beach although you do have to cross a very busy intersection. It was fantastic to have outdoor showers so we didn’t have to track sand through the house. The on-site laundry was also a plus. The house is set up like a duplex so if you wanted privacy it was easily obtained. There are four large bathrooms which also was beneficial. There was plenty to do in the area and it’s also a short drive to Ocean City, MD.

Wonderful property

The Elizabeth house was a great property for our families with teens. The layout and dual kitchens allowed everyone plenty of space to hang out, the number of bathrooms and outdoor showers were perfect for keeping beach sand outside! Walking distance to the beach, grill full size washer dryer all accommodated our family. Craig was a wonderful host, highly recommend !
