LIVING AREA

Stream new movies on the 70 inch smart TV in the living area. Comfy furnishings include a sofa, love seat, and armchair. Play board games at the table for four while enjoying the warm ambience of a gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will be thrilled to find granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Perch at the kitchen bar for four as dinner simmers. The wet bar includes a wine fridge.

The table in the dining area seats six.

BED & BATH

This three-story rental sleeps 12 guests in four bedrooms.

The primary suite boasts a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a private balcony. A Keurig coffeemaker helps you start the day with ease. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.

The second and third bedrooms are both outfitted with a full-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The fourth bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a Keurig. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

A half bath provides additional convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The master balcony is furnished with a bistro table for two. Share afternoon snacks at the bar for three on the second balcony.

Spanning 1,200 square feet, the rooftop deck is a dreamy alfresco lounge. Relax and admire a gorgeous panorama that encompasses the ocean and the bay from the comfort of your outdoor patio furniture and pub table sets. Catch rays from one of four loungers.

Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower, equipped with a rain showerhead, body jet, and handheld sprays.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and an umbrella are provided in the rental.

Parking is available for two cars in a designated area of the driveway. Additional nearby street parking is available. A permit is provided for street parking between Memorial Day to Labor Day. No permit is required at other times of the year.

Parties are not permitted at this rental. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

THE LOCATION

Stroll 3 minutes to the beach for a sun-kissed day on the sand. Situated on Coastal Highway, you will find local restaurants right on your block.

Walk 6 minutes to John Waples Memorial Playground. You'll also appreciate being just 4 miles from Delaware Seashore State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
