Vista mozzafiato sull'oceano da quasi tutte le finestre in questa COMPLETAMENTE rimodellata (primavera 2018) 3 camere da letto 2. 5 bagni, residenza cittadina a due livelli!

Ci sono viste sull'oceano senza ostacoli fino a Rehoboth dalla camera familiare, dalla zona pranzo, dal ponte, dal corridoio, dalla camera da letto principale e dal portico!

Siamo situati proprio nel cuore di Dewey alla fine di McKinley Street ... proprio sulla sabbia! Non c'è edificio più vicino all'acqua in tutta Dewey.

Se scegli di svegliarti presto, assisterai a incredibili albe direttamente dalla comodità del tuo letto o godrai una tazza di caffè sulla nuova veranda principale per iniziare la giornata.

Questo nuovo elenco è stato completamente rinnovato per la stagione balneare 2018 !! Sventrato fino alle borchie e ridisegnato come un rifugio da spiaggia da sogno!

Questa bellezza ha un ingresso privato che ti porta fino alla duna della spiaggia!

Il primo piano è un concetto open space con vista sull'oceano in tutto!

Si entra nella residenza cittadina (utilizzando un codice digitale ... nessuna ricerca nella chiave per una chiave) in un modo di accesso riprogettato con la nuova stanza delle polveri. Noterai immediatamente i pavimenti in pino splendidamente rifiniti.

La sala da pranzo ha un nuovo tavolo abbastanza grande per 8 persone che possono anche godere della vista sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano.

La cucina completamente nuova progettata per quegli chef in vacanza comprende banconi al quarzo, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, bar per la colazione, ampi cassetti e armadietti a chiusura morbida e una lavastoviglie "silenziosa" Bosche.

La Family room ha una grande finestra panoramica che offre una vista ampia sull'oceano verso Rehoboth. C'è anche una nuova Smart TV 4K caricata con app e via cavo.

I cursori fuori dalla camera Family conducono al ponte sull'Oceanside con un bar affacciato sull'oceano e un'area salotto aggiuntiva.

Il secondo piano comprende una camera da letto principale con una nuova finestra panoramica che offre una vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia, sull'oceano e su tutto il resto del nord. Nuovo letto king-size, bagno padronale completo di recente aggiunta con grande vanità al quarzo.

Tutto il nuovo portico al secondo piano fronte oceano con vista mozzafiato sia a nord che a sud.

Ci sono altre due camere da letto al 2 ° piano. Entrambe le camere hanno un nuovo sistema di letto a castello con un letto singolo su un letto completo.

Il 2 ° piano Hall Bath completamente rinnovato ha anche una nuova grande vanità al quarzo, vasca e doccia.

Dopo la tua giornata in spiaggia, sali i gradini privati verso l'area del ponte ovest per far cadere l'attrezzatura da spiaggia e colpire la doccia esterna o sorseggiare un drink al bar incorporato con vista sull'oceano. L'area doccia esterna ha anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice!

Questa casa dispone anche di parcheggio privato, tutte le nuove finestre sospese Anderson, aria centrale e riscaldamento con controllo Nest, e recentemente decorate con tutti i nuovi mobili di design. Protetto da Ring Campanello agli ingressi di casa.

Wonderful weekend at the beach

Four friends headed to the beach for a getaway birthday weekend. The place was just as we pictured, overlooking the beach (we saw dolphins from the deck!) and a quick walk over the dune to be on the beach. Everything was lovely and clean and we had a great time. Highly recommend! Easy walk into town with bars and restaurants (and coffee!) Are planning on returning next year with the same group for another fun girls' getaway! ANotes: Coffee machine is a Keurig, so if you don't bring pods you need to buy coffee or bring your own machine Also, toilet paper is not provided. We arrived late on a Friday night with four people and had almost no TP in any of the bathrooms. This was a drag. I'd rather pay 10 more for the rental and have the TP provided, but that's me! :)

A few days in Dewey

What an awesome place and an awesome host. I don’t believe there’s a 3 bedroom in Dewey that’s closer to the beach than this one! Very clean, updated, great communication with owners…. You’ll love it!

Beautiful views

Location is perfect! Beautiful views. Short walk to beach. Convenient to all restaurants and activities in Dewey. Short drive to Rehoboth. Great outdoor space.

Wonderful vacation

This is a stunning beachfront home. Very special property, as described by owners. Location is so convenient. Walk out private gate directly onto path to waterfront. Easy back and forth between beach and house. Huge windows and sliding glass doors keep the shoreline close even while you are inside. Interior is new and clean. Powder room on first level is so convenient. Communication with owner could not have been better! We are grateful for the great vacation we were able to enjoy at this fabulous home. We were able to walk everywhere, especially to restaurants and coffee shops.

Had great communication with the property manager, the location was as advertised. It is situated at roughly the middle of Dewey so everything was an easy walk. We had a great stay!

Beautiful View & Location

The location of the unit is ideal, I’ve never been closer to the sand! The windows give you a view of the dunes/ocean that makes you feel like you aren’t missing a thing being inside and you get everything the beach has to offer, except sandy, from the upstairs porch. Great location for walking around Dewey and the movies/marshmallow nights on the beach. Just a mile in the sand to the Rohoboth boardwalk, which I walked with my 10 & 12 year olds one evening (we took the trolley home). Really lovely, we can’t wait to go back!

Perfect place for memories

This was our 2nd year here and it did not disappoint! I truly appreciate all of the touches the Wootten's do yo make the stay extra comfortable. Great quality cookware, a well stocked and organized kitchen, a great choice of board games for the family, soft comfortable sheets and bath towels, extra cleaning supplies, drawer organzers, and more. The location itself is so perfect for single families. Access to the beach is key when bringing beach gear down or jogging a child back for a bathroom break. The view with tall seats to see above the railing, especially during sunrises, is perfection. The hosts are very responsive and accomodating. Thank you so much for providing the perfect space for a week of beach memories!!

The Best!

We love this property. This was our second time staying here. The owner is very easy to work with and communicates quickly. The house is very cozy and has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. You cannot beat the location—Ocean front and walk into town. this is our happy place when we stay here! Can’t beat the location!

This house was a great fit for our family of five with three young kids. It is an end unit RIGHT on the beach, you seriously cannot beat the location. We could set up camp on the beach right in front of our unit and could easily come back to the house for lunch or to use the bathroom. The unit is in great shape and was clean and comfortable and decorated nicely. There are two large decks, one off the main level and one off the top level master bedroom. The top deck offers and amazing view of the beach and ocean. This house would have been five stars if it weren’t for the communication with the host. Upon arrival the host messaged me twice demanding to know why i had more than five people staying at my house. We didn’t. She had seen my brother in law and his family visiting via the ring camera, which there was one of on each deck. She even messaged me to tell my four year old to stop pressing the doorbell because she got a notification on her phone every time. We felt very watched. After we checked out I got many more messages. One was about a missing game, which I offered to pay for. Something also got stuck in the outdoor shower drain (the drain cover was not secured) and we were harassed about that and several other minor issues. We know with three young kids accidents can happen, which is why we always purchase the accidental damage protection. We have never had an issue with a host before. Unfortunately the constant questioning really soured our experience.

Great for a weekend getaway

Our group had a great fall weekend at this property! The house was super clean and the kitchen was updated & well stocked. The furniture was nice and new looking which often isn’t the case in most rentals. There were more places open in town than we anticipated, so we never had to get in the car once we got there. I didn’t read the listing closely enough so if you like drip coffee bring a machine & filters, there’s totally a Kuerig though! The views and location were top notch, didn’t feel like you were in the middle of Dewey. Would totally return!

Fabulous Place

We were a little leery as we typically don’t rent condos but this place was a winner! All the reviews and the descriptions are spot on. It’s super clean, comfortable and you cannot beat the views. Having coffee in the morning and cocktails at Happy Hour overlooking the Ocean is just spectacular. The end unit is a bonus and makes a huge difference. Thanks for letting us experience and enjoy your little slice of paradise!

Amazing family vacation!

This was our first trip as a family of 5 wiyh 3 young kids. This house made the experience seemless. Not only are the views from the decks jaw dropping but the windows by the kitchen table, in the living room, up the steps and over the master bed make you feel like you are on the beach from the time you first wake up. As a mom, I appreciated all the little touches the hosts included to make the stay easier. The kitchen had everything you would need including Tupperware for leftovers and each knife had a safety cover. The bathrooms had drawer organizers, there were extra light bulbs and batteries just in case. Maisie was so responsive when anything came up, too. Thank you so much for taking the time to make a comfortable place for families to make memories in Dewey!
