Welcome to the Residences at Lighthouse Cove, Unit #254, on the bay, in Dewey Beach, Delaware. Enjoy sweeping views of the Rehoboth Bay from the balcony of this luxurious, pet-friendly condo. This spacious 2BR, 2 BA unit, sleeps 6 comfortably, and allows plenty of room to spread out. Newly constructed, this condo's tastefully decorated open concept, highlights a well-appointed kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, and granite island for additional dining space. The living room offers a sleeper sofa, fireplace, and smart T.V. The large master suite includes a queen bed, T.V., and access to your personal balcony. The gorgeous master bathroom combines a stunning custom tile shower, and double vanity. The lay out of the second bedroom includes a queen bed, with easy access to the hallway's full bathroom. The Residences of Light House Cove building is loaded with great amenities, including a fitness room, indoor/outdoor pools, and private beach area with scenic views of Rehoboth Bay. The building's elevators also assist in making the short trip back and forth to the beach, much easier. Located in the vicinity of award winning restaurants, night spots, and famous Grotto Pizza, experience for yourself what the Dewey Beach buzz is about!
Please note that while we have some access to the hotel facilities (i.e. fitness center, and indoor pool), the hotel is a separate entity and cannot provide instructions or additional keys to our renters. Please refer to the property manager for further assistance.

Perfect month-long beach getaway!This condo was absolutely perfect for our month-long stay in Dewey Beach. The location is excellent with beautiful ocean views, and we loved being able to walk to both the beach and restaurants. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.Communication with the host was easy and seamless throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our beach vacation. Highly recommend this property!

I rented the condo, but my wife and two adult kids stayed.They had a problem as soon as they arrived. There is a card key/fob for each gate in the garage, but the one for the first gate did not work. They hit the button for help and someone let them in the first gate. The card key for the second door did work. They got upstairs and noticed a stain on the comforter and hair on the pillows. They pulled down the sheets, and there was hair and sand in the bed. The other bed/pillows also had hair. At the time, my family did not reach out to the owner which might have been a good idea.They went out that evening. On return they could not get in the first gate. This time when they hit the button for help, the person did not let them in. Robin, the owner was called and did not pick up, nor respond to a text. The person who didn't let them in, gave them a number to call to speak to the rental agency (Cheryl). It was close to 11 PM. Cheryl wasn't too happy but did arrange to let them in through the first gate. The owner finally did respond about 12 hours later (below). Not much of a response after not picking up or being texted.My family did send a text to the owner's sister, and she responded promptly offering to meet my family, but they were packed and ready to go. (text below). Strange she blamed the bed hair on lack of hairnets. What about the sand? No issues with the rest of the place, but hairy, sandy sheets and lousy response time deserves one star.

This property was fantastic for our family (which includes a dog that came with us). Watching sunsets over the bay with the option to walk 1 block over to Dewey beach was the perfect location. When we arrived, the condo was absolutely as pictured if not better :). The hosts were super responsive when I had questions prior to the trip and would absolutely stay again. Great location!!

Long weekend at Dewey

We had a great stay here. It’s a perfect location in Dewey on the bay with beach access and a restaurant on site. Everything is walkable. Quick response with a question I had and gray amenities.

Great unit!

I had a wonderful stay here to celebrate my 40th birthday. The unit was well appointed and clean. The amenities at the residences were also great! We left the kids at home this time but next time I will definitely bring the kids. They’d love the pool area and fire pits!

Dewey Beach Vacation

The condo was great. Was very clean, spacious and had all of the amenities we need to live comfortably during out stay. The only issue was the pillows were very thin and there were not enough of them on the beds. Other then that, it was a great stay and would do it again.

Wonderful Condo, Wonderful Location, Wonderful Host

We really enjoyed our stay. The Condo was perfectly located between the Bay and the Ocean. Property is pet friendly and within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Couldn't have asked for a better property and the hosts had great communication. We will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We had the most amazing stay here! The location is absolutely amazing and there is so much to do within walking distance. We were able to walk down to the beach every morning, view the sunset and sunrise from the balcony area, and there is a bar/restaurant on the boardwalk connected to the condo. There were so many wonderful food options nearby for breakfast lunch and dinner. We were also a 5 minute drive from Rehoboth which is a wonderful town! The condo itself was extremely nice inside and had everything we could possibly need! I would 100% recommend staying here, we will be back in the near future for sure!!

First trip to Dewey Beach

We really enjoyed our first trip to Dewey Beach. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. The hosts were responsive and included nice touches like paper products, dishwashing and hand soaps and hair dryers which were appreciated. Our dog loved it, too. Dewey is the only beach in the area that allows dogs on the beach (at specific times) during the summer season so this condo was a great find! We would love to rent it again sometime.
