Amenities include central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, an outdoor shower for post-beach rinses, and assigned parking for one vehicle. Located in the lively heart of Dewey Beach, you're a short walk to local restaurants, bars, and entertainment, so you can park once and enjoy the town on foot. Please note that linens are not provided (rental packages are available). This home is pet-friendly with up to two dogs allowed for a $30 per dog, per day fee and a signed pet addendum; no cats permitted.

Your reservation includes a nightly Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, as long as the incident is reported to the host before checkout. This fee replaces a traditional security deposit and offers additional peace of mind during your stay. Guests can choose to opt out of the Damage Waiver and instead provide a refundable security deposit if they prefer.
