Great property with modern spacious amenities - everything clean, as advertised and more (board games, access to various TV channels, etc). Easy walk to ocean and bay beaches, watersport rentals, and several Dewey restaurants. Excellent pools and exercise room, great balcony setup for meals and to watch sunset views of the bay. Only downside is the live music from local bars playing to 1am as mentioned by some other reviews - sometimes it did keep us awake so do be mindful. Overall, a super place and highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in Dewey Beach. The condo was perfect, amazing views, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, so clean and great location! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! 5-star accomodation!

Great location and amazing views of the sunset. The condo was terrific but we could have stayed out on the balcony for the entire vacation.

Family vacation

This property was beautiful and we enjoyed our family vacation so much! Everything was close the pool was beautiful and the sunsets even better. The property manager was very responsive but once we checked in we didn’t need anything.
