    Questa casa è abbastanza grande per riunioni di famiglia o incontri di gruppo. Il vialetto si adatta facilmente a 5 auto e il garage è fornito di attrezzatura da spiaggia necessaria per una facile passeggiata in spiaggia. Ti divertirai sicuramente con l'ombrellone e le 2 sdraio allestite sulla spiaggia per te ogni giorno! Anche la casa e la cucina sono rifornite, quindi non avrai bisogno di portare i tuoi effetti personali ... è tutto attrezzato in questa casa. House ha un comodo sistema di chiusura che non richiede chiavi di cui preoccuparsi .... solo un codice speciale per il tuo soggiorno. Goditi il portico coperto (esposto a nord) o il grande ponte soleggiato (esposto a sud) che è dotato di una griglia a gas Weber propano (propano incluso). Ci sono 2 docce esterne che funzionano su uno scaldabagno diverso. Le lenzuola sono incluse!

Pictures don’t do this place justice! The house was clean, spacious and surprisingly roomy. We loved the pool and hot tub - the outdoor space was the most utilized part of the house. Great convenient location - we were able to walk to some great bars and restaurants. Host was communicative from the moment we booked to us leaving. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had the best stay in Dewey! Check in was seamless and our host was very communicative. House was well equipped with what it said it would be. Location is fantastic - able to walk to the beach and all the bars/restaurants. We absolutely loved hanging out by the pool in the backyard. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Maria was wonderful throughout the entire booking process and made everything so easy. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making us feel welcome before we even arrived.The beach house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. You can tell great care goes into making sure guests have a fantastic experience.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to booking again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

This place was great with an awesome backyard for entertaining and a quick walk to the main strip in Dewey Beach. Maria was very helpful throughout the whole process from booking to checkout quickly answering any questions I had. I'll definitely be booking with Maria again.

We had an awesome time. My husband, our 2 kids ages 10 and 12 and my mom. Lovely and cozy home and great response time from the owner. Great location - short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and ice cream:)

Perfect stay in Dewey

Thanks for a perfect stay! Maria was great to work with and the home is fantastic. Walkable to everything, great deck and living area, and the 2 outdoor showers were a highlight.

Even better than the pictures!

We were extremely happy with the house upon arrival. It was perfect for our group and a short 8 minute walk from tons of restaurants, stores, and bars. This house was the ideal house for a girls weekend!

Great stay in Dewey Beach!

The house was perfect for our group of friends. The location was a quick walk to town, neighborhood was quiet, and the house was bigger than expected. Would definitely recommend for larger groups or families.

Big space, super convienent location

The property is perfect for a group getaway weekend! The back porch and living room spaces are inviting and great for groups to relax. Would recommend for a big group as long as you aren't loud outdoors at night to disrupt neighbors.

We loved staying here so much! The house was wonderful and had everything you could need and more. The proximity to the beach was so convenient. The pool and hot tub were clean, well maintained and relaxing. The house is very spacious inside with ample room for everyone to hang out in the living room and around the dining room table. The whole house was very clean. We had so much fun staying here as a big friend group and would highly recommend this to anyone else.

Great location!

Great location with plenty of parking. Close walk to the Starboard or the bay. The house has plenty of bedrooms and a beautiful lawn and deck along with an outdoor shower. Would definitely rent again.
