“Clean room, lovely staff, delicious breakfast-especially on weekdays, kitchen was well stocked with equipment, close to what we needed, stellar salt pool, fast door dash! Kids loved it here!”

“Excellent staff. Cordarryl and Kyndra were kind, funny, and accommodating. The hotel was well decorated, and the gym was the cleanest hotel gym I’ve ever used.”

“The room 805 was the dirtiest Embassy Suites room I’ve ever stayed in. Honestly it should have been closed down. The beds didn’t have skirts on them so the mattress fully exposed. The sheets didn’t stay secure down. The furniture had stains, the ceiling had brown spots form water damage, and the shower water poured out into the floor. We had 2 young kids tired from traveling all day so we sucked it up. We Told the front staff how bad the room was. ”

“I arrived and couldn’t get a parking spot although I paid for parking. I was told there was parking under ground which looked like a place you dump trash. There were no cars parked there so I spend minutes driving around looking for parking. On top of that there was homeless roaming around. I did not feel safe.”

“The online pictures look very nice, and they do look like the pictures but once inside the room it is nasty feeling, looks like they haven’t been properly maintained for years. You can tell they are used as weekly and/or monthly rentals. Disappointing and deceiving !!!!”

“It was a good price and a safe place to sleep. The lobby and the room both smelled very musty like extremely musty. Every time the AC came on it smelled like mildew. But it was doable and it was the best price in the area and all we needed was a few hours sleep which we got. Check-in was easy and everything worked”

“I stayed here for five days. Checking in was quick and easy. Room was pretty good, aside from the fact there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.”

“I called ahead specifically to ask if they had a hot tub (not just a jetted tub) and was told yes. When we arrived, it turned out to be a single-seat jetted bathtub, not an actual hot tub. It also had an unpleasant smell. We chose not to stay and walked out, but were still charged for the full night. Very disappointing experience and not what was represented over the phone. I would not recommend.”
