Hotel vicino a Dhowa Rock Temple - Ella

“We’ve been travelling around Sri Lanka for over three weeks and this was our favourite property - it felt like a home away from home! Very clean and the family room had its own private balcony with hammocks for the kids with wonderful views. Nimal (the owner) was so helpful and kind. The breakfasts (including smoothies) were huge and delicious! We stayed 4 nights, but wished we had stayed longer.”

“The property didn’t have our booking so after 1/2h waiting around not knowing what was happening, they arranged another room somewhere else for us. The other hotel was much cheaper and not as nice so we agreed as long as we had a compensation for the inconvenience and price difference it was fine. “This property just made me feel like I wasted all my money.I didn’t get what I paid for.Few things just made me annoyed: 1) The entire room was nasty and not cleaned properly. 2) It was smelling so bad from bathroom drainage. 3) The bathroom drainage was so bad and the entire shower area got flooded. 4) No towel was there and finally I had to call them to provide towels. 5) We found lots of insects which was unexpected. Apart from those all the staffs were so friendly and tried to help but...
