“Il resort è davvero bello anche se è inutile prenotare camera con giardino perchè poi ti rifilano quella con il balcone. Unico problema è la lontanza dal centro che tuttavia si può superare utilizzando il loro free shuttle. ristoranti interni decisamente costosi rispetto gli standard vietnamiti. ti senti un po' agli arresti domiciliari!”

“3度目の宿泊です。部屋は27階、最上階のオーシャンビュー。 今回 のトラブルは部屋に入ってすぐにエアコンが調整できないこと、最終的に 電気技師さんが入って コントローラーを交換し無事に エアコンが調整できるようになりました。 清潔な客室については カーペットのシミが気になりました。 朝食がとても美味しいのがこのホテルの良いところです。宿泊客が多いので ７時頃から食事会場はとても混みます。 ホテルスタッフも覚えていてくれる人が何人かとても嬉しく思いました。 今回お世話になった ツアーデスクの女性にも大変お世話になり 日本旅行に行った彼女とは話が弾みました。”

“Room was clean however entrance lounge area smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and most staff did not greet guests on arrival back to hotel let alone make eye contact. I also asked staff about how to get to Hon Tam island and they were not helpful. Also really loud music in evening from restaurants on the strip can be heard in room and stops around midnight. There was one member of staff who was amazing, friendly and so so so great and her name was Kieu”

Personale incompetente e incapace di comunicare se non in vietnamita.Totale mancanza di elasticità verso qualsiasi richiesta del cliente.ristorante monotono e di scarsa qualità. Da evitare le escursioni,costose e molto turistiche.Servizi in disuso e non all'altezza di un 5 stelle.”

“Très bel hôtel, nous avons pris une suite, la chambre est spacieuse, la vue magnifique ! En revanche, le service est pas loin d’être catastrophique, le personnel a un niveau d’anglais proche du néant, pour un 5 étoile et une chaîne internationale, c’est pas acceptable. même en appuyant sur le bouton demandant le ménage lorsque nous rentrons en fin de journée celui ci n’est parfois pas fait, ils ne changent pas le savon quand il est vide c’est à nous de réclamer, pour le service au restaurant...
