Tidemark - Diamond Beach

Nuovissima casa sulla spiaggia assoluta a due piani con pavimenti in legno, zone giorno aperte e vista sull'oceano. Questa casa vacanze ha tutto per una vacanza favolosa! Comprende due zone giorno ciascuna con TV LCD, DVD / CD / video e amplificatore stereo. C'è un balcone principale al piano superiore, un balcone riparato al piano inferiore e altri due piccoli balconi. Sono incluse le impostazioni esterne.

Ci sono quattro camere da letto - la camera da letto principale al piano superiore ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con doccia, WC e vanità. La camera da letto principale al piano di sotto ha anche un letto matrimoniale e le altre due camere da letto ciascuna con due letti singoli. Inoltre c'è un divano letto matrimoniale nella stanza invernale.

Il bagno a tre vie al piano inferiore include una grande vasca idromassaggio e doccia, vanità separata e servizi igienici separati, mentre il bagno al piano superiore ha una doccia, WC e vanità.

La cucina completamente attrezzata in pietra ceasor ha elettrodomestici europei tra cui una lavastoviglie, un forno a microonde e un grande frigorifero. L'angolo cottura al piano di sotto ha un forno a microonde e un frigo bar. La lavanderia ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice e c'è una piccola linea di vestiti fuori. Nel cortile c'è un barbecue a gas, rastrelliere per tavole da surf e una doccia esterna riscaldata, il che è fantastico dopo una nuotata.

March Stay

The house is situated in an excellent location, with direct access to the beach through the back fence. It offers ample space, but it requires a thorough cleaning. The primary reason for choosing this location was the view; however, upon reaching the top of the stairs, the view is obscured by dirty windows. Although we attempted to clean with spray and wipes, the entire house, including door tracks, windows, and balconies, needs a comprehensive cleaning.Additionally, the refrigerator barely kept items cold, and the door needed to be checked to ensure it was properly closed. The freezer did not freeze ice, which, although it may seem minor, is an issue considering the nightly rate. Overall, it is a great spot with a generous size, but it needs to be maintained better, and the refrigerator should be replaced..

Beautiful viewing lot of room

This house had the most amazing view of the ocean, whales, dolphins and more. The house was as described and easily fitted our two families. We were disappointed that the beach access was locked but once we contacted the property manager and an explanation was given we understood. Would recommend letting the tenant know before arriving in future. Our only concern was them changing the lock box code mid stay and not being able to access the house on return from an outing because we didn't have the new code. We found this quite strange that they did it mid stay but also didn't contact us to let us know.

Loved it

Amazing location - the beach is a hop and skip from the backyard! The place was perfect for me and the kids as it was a simple home and the property manager was so lovely and accommodating! Highly recommended and would stay again hopefully in the summer!

Fishing trip

Perfect house for our group. A few minor issues with garbage collection, no BBQ plate etc. But nothing that dampened our stay and management were very responsive. The house backs on to the beach with great views of the surf and just a short stroll along a private access. Great spot, would come again.

The house itself is designed well and comfortable for a family of 6, however upon arrival we did come across some minor cleaning issues. Sand on the lounges, dirty utensils and filthy rangehood. Apart from this, we did have an enjoyable time at Tidemark. Thank you

Lovely stay

We were delighted with our stay at Diamond Beach. There were 7 of us with a few doing some WFH so we really appreciated the two living areas plus the winter room. The house was quite lovely and we spent a lot of time around the table on the upstairs balcony watching the ocean, surfers and visiting pods of dolphins. Some previous reviews mentioned cleanliness - we found the house in a very clean state and there were lots of condiments, tea, coffee, rubbish bags and washing up supplies in the cupboards. The local takeaway, pizza shop and bottlo are a short walk away and were good and the Foodworks at Blackhead is a short drive away and has everything. PROs The views and direct beach access from the house. Lifeguards and flags everyday we were there from 9am A great, big table for dining and games CONs Early checkout time of 9am Bins are too small for so many people, especially if the last lot filled the recycling bin. We had a wonderful week!

Perfect location

We have returned to this house several times over the years. It has a very comfortable openness to it, but The property was somewhat dirty. kitchen utensils some of them need to replace. Definitely highly recommended for short or long term stay.

Magnificant location and unique spacious property

This modern, well equipped, absolute beachfront property was ideal for our family of seven adults. With 3 bathrooms, 2 separate living/dining areas as well as a BBQ area with kitchenette it was perfect. The hot water outdoor shower was well used.

Beach side life!

A wonderful property that is perfect for a large group with lots of room to relax for children, teens and adults. Right next to the beach with a divine view of the ocean and perfect afternoon lawn for drinks and games. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Bliss- fabulous house and location

From the simple check-in process through to walking through the door, up the stairs to be greeted by the ocean views, our family of 8 adults had an idyllic three days. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay in fantastic location

My husband stayed with a few friends for his birthday. He said the property was fantastic, spacious, clean and was really impressed with the surrounds and convenient location. He’s keen to return with our kids as a family stay in Summer. There was a minor hiccup with check-in, but nothing major and didn’t detract from the overall experience. Our only suggestion would be receiving more communication prior to check in around check in procedures and reminder of what to bring etc.
