A standout moment was when they accommodated our early check-in at 12 PM on Christmas Day, making our holiday start stress-free. Throughout our stay, they consistently impressed us with their thoughtfulness. For instance, my wife enjoys extra cream with her Illy coffee, and the staff picked up on this, ensuring we had plenty of it—an attention to detail that didn’t go unnoticed. The room was pristine and well-maintained daily. It felt like our needs were always anticipated, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The gym is top-notch, providing everything you could need for a good workout while on vacation. Additionally, the restaurant deserves special recognition. Jonathan, the restaurant manager, is a true wine expert. As an Italian and a wine enthusiast, I can confidently say his recommendations were exceptional, adding a unique touch to our dining experiences. Lotus Honolulu provided the perfect combination of relaxation and hospitality, making our stay feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this gem in Waikiki!
