“Overall, a good choice in Hemet. Clean and modern. Most irritating was our rooms were never serviced during our three night stay, despite our request for daily service, in writing, from day one.”

“The door handle was loose did not feel very safe. The person at the front desk said its an older hotel sooooo sorry. We normally stay here Hemet does not have many options. Not sure we will stay here again.”

“Enjoyed staying there. The staff were extremely pleasant. The room was clean with a great shower Liked that the casino was next door. Would stay again for sure. ”

“room was not very clean, foul smell. bathroom door did not shut, toilet dispenser was broken. if you just need a place to lay your head (which is what we needed) it’s fine. area not the safest, but there are a lot of business around. a lot of stores and food options. ”

“Staff was polite, professional, presentable, and well mannered, the rooms were clean and well maintained breakfast was good, hotel is in a safe and convenient area with many types of stores and places to eat if needed along with quite on the noise levels. Convenient to the freeway as well.”

“Property is clean and well kept. If you need help in room they come and solve the problem right away. Respectable family owned motel. Very quiet place every guest is to themselves they great each other and go to their rooms. There is a well kept pool available to use. This stay the weather was cold so didn’t use the pool.”

“First time being here at this hotel and enjoyed the views, atmosphere, food and drinks. The staff were kind and informative. Only thing is during the 3rd stay, I found some ants. Not sure because we were located downstairs and when we went outside of the patio it got in. However, overall experience was great!”

“Property was pet friendly, our room was nice. Towel need to be upgraded and possiblr blow dryer in rooms would have been nice. Overall stay was great. Would stay again. ”
