“Way way way too loud after 9pm!!!! Didn’t stop till 4:30am- Spoke to 6 individuals in the hallway to keep it down at midnight and called the front desk with no help… My rm was #305, and everyone was talking about it at breakfast- Not the first time to try and get help to quite people down at a normal hour 😡”

“Rooms are outdated. We requested a non smoking room but it stink of cigarettes as soon as we walked inside. The blankets and everything in there looked like from the 70s. I will never stay there again.”

“Towels were stained. Bathroom was not clean and toilet seat was all marked up and looked filthy. Toiletries were all empty.”

“The room had bugs crawling everywhere and I got moved to a different room that had dirty bed frames with big black spots and burnt bed sheets, also the tv’s were not working and the door looked off the hinges.”

“I usually book here when I plan to go to Saboba Casino. I’ve been staying here for a long time. Also the last time I stayed here before this one I forgot my insulin bag and they tried to contact me letting me know they had it. At check-in they gave it to me. I’m very grateful my insulin is so expensive. Very professional, clean and welcoming place. I recommend them.”

“Beautiful Villa (#22) with a patio and vineyard views. We alerted the desk during checkout that the water pipes vibrated after every toilet flush. If you are a light sleeper, you may wish to check out your room. That was a minor nuisance, and we didn't mind. We celebrated our anniversary with dinner at the Vineyard Rose. Food was incredible, and we toasted with the resort's sparkling Pinot Grigio. We liked it so much we bought a bottle to enjoy later. We enjoyed our stay and will request...

“The 24hr continental breakfast area was poorly stocked. The only things that were available were hard boiled eggs and I peanut butter cup and 2 bananas. Other than that the room was beautiful and clean. I would still recommend people to stay there”
