“This is a convenient location with nearby restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately our bathroom floor could have been cleaner, the sheets on our bed did not seem to fit properly, and the guests above us made so much banging/pounding noises but staff was willing to help intervene once I informed them. “When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you.
