“The room furnishings were a bit threadbare and the breakfast eggs the first day were barely warm (bordering on cold). I opted to purchase breakfast nearby. The room was very short on usable outlets. This was my first stay at a Microtel so maybe that’s expected. Staff was helpful and welcoming, however.”

“So that we are clear, i will stay here again. Took 29 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. No garbage can in the room and a cple of things missed in the bathroom from maid service. Not your typical hotel. But as stated i would stay there again.”

“Our room stunk like pet odor or the room had been flooded at one time. It was so bad, we went and purchased room freshener spray to combat the smell. My husband had to fix the toilet to flush properly. Only received room cleaning service once during our 5 day stay and I had to request the service twice. This was not what I expected for a $792.76 stay, especially when one night was $199.20. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.”
